Apply New Ration Card Online In Tamilnadu-TNPDS
You have to follow a certain procedure to Apply for new ration card online in Tamilnadu. You must have to read some rules before that.
Rules:
- If you are a new married person then remove your name in your old ration card first.
- Don’t Apply Multiple Times for New Ration Card.
Now let’s see how to apply smart card in online
Visit TNPDS Official Website to Apply Online and you have to fill the required details on the online form. Refer to the below screenshots.
You have to upload the photo of the head member and have to fill other personal details of the head member such as Name, Father/Husband Name, Address, and Mobile Number. You have to fill the details of English and Tamil.
Then you have to add your family members details by clicking “Add Member” button. Asterisk(*) fields are compulsory and other input fields are optional.
In card option you can opt out for Rise Card,Sugar Card or No Commodity Card.
If you have a Gas Connection you must have to fill the details,otherwise uncheck that option.
Finally, verify all the details once again and accept the declaration then click submit. It will generate an acknowledgment number to check the status of ration card online. Take Note of the acknowledgment number in a safer place for future purpose.
