You don’t have to fill your personal details. You can apply for Nativity certificate using two methods,
- Nativity by birth
- Nativity by Residence
If you are in the birthplace which means the address mentioned on the birth certificate then go for “option 1”.
if you are not in the birth place you are migrated to another place means go for “option 2”.
For the first option, you don’t have to fill anything but for the second option, you have to fill your current address.

Once you submit the form, need to upload the required documents as per instructions. The only difference between residence and birth is the fourth point.
You have to upload the School Education Certificat or Employment Details or Other proof to prove continuous residence of 5 years.it’s only for the “residence option” otherwise it won’t ask you to upload this certificate.

Finally, you have to make the payment of Rs.60 using your credit, debit or net banking. It will generate the acknowledgment receipt and there will be a number on that.
Final Thoughts:
You can use that number to track the status of the application. Once the certificate gets generated you will receive a message on your mobile number. Simply take a print out of the certificate and use it.
